Report Jets safety Jamal Adams interested in Texans and 6 other teams

After a one-sided war of words on the part of safety Jamal Adams against the New York Jets, the All-Pro finally requested a trade.

The Seahawks are one of seven teams All-Pro S Jamal Adams would want to be traded to.

He's entering the fourth year of his rookie deal.

The Dallas Morning News' Calvin Watkins thinks the Cowboys would be interested if the Jets consider dealing Adams.

Among the early voters were US Ambassador Kelly Craft and the ambassadors of Poland and Turkey. Wednesday's election comes after months of intense campaigning.

Adams already has seen one member of his 2017 draft class receive a massive extension - Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey - with Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes reportedly set to negotiate new deals over the summer. "Adams might be able to hold out temporarily, but he'd be forgoing millions just as he's coming into his prime to hold out of actual games, and the Jets have the contractual control to sit on him for years if they don't receive an offer that tickles their fancy". Adams has been pretty vocal about it, and now he sounds like he's just about done with the Jets. Pat is about to get 40 to 60 M's a year. Well deserved. Great friend of mine.

In a response to a comment on Instagram, he said: "Maybe it's time to move on!" & if you guys don't respect that, cool. Apart from the Dallas Cowboys, the main similarity between the teams Adams would welcome a trade to is that they all made the playoffs in 2019.

Now that Adams himself has thrown down the gauntlet to his NY employers, online oddsmakers think if the Jets do send Adams packing, Dallas is, in fact, the most likely destination. Upon his request, Adams named teams such as the Ravens, Eagles and Texans, among others, as possible destinations.

Adams wants a new contract, but it's not any ordinary contract. That's what makes Adams a rare player - his instincts and presence in the box aren't that of your typical safety.
